I combine traditional talk therapy with a variety of expressive techniques (play therapy, art therapy, guided imagery, journaling) as a means to address each individual's developmental and therapeutic needs.
I believe that each child and family situation is unique and will work with you to create an individualized intervention to meet your goals. I also believe that children are best served when the individuals in their lives work together with a common focus and to that end will work with parents, schools, doctors and other significant individuals when needed in order to serve the whole child.
My goal is to provide an environment where children and parents can feel accepted, supported and empowered.
