I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly twenty years of experience working with children, teens and families in a variety of settings. I provide individual, group and family therapy for individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues and school-related difficulties. I also work with parents and caregivers in a variety of ways to provide support, education and encouragement.

I believe in a developmental strength-based philosophy which acknowledges the resiliency and potential in all individuals. My aim is to support clients in unlocking their potential and ability for self-healing as they move forward on their own individual path towards wellness.
